COVID-19

In response to the COVID -19 emergency IVASS has adopted specific measures in support of insurance undertakings and intermediaries and for consumer protection.

In this Focus it is possible to find communications to market operators, measures and service information for users.

It also includes the actions taken by the Italian Government and by the international organisations EIOPA (European Insurance and Occupational Pensions Authority) and IAIS (International Association of Insurance Supervisors).

IVASS continues to ensure the usual services to citizens and undertakings and has requested users to contact us preferably through the electronic channels and telephone numbers provided in the dedicated web page.
