Survey - Insurance knowledge and behaviours
This survey is the first at national level to measure Italians’ insurance knowledge and behaviours.
The research project, commissioned to the University of Milan-Bicocca and Doxa, was financed by the Ministry of Economic Development, as part of the National strategy for financial, insurance and social security education.
The results of the survey will be used by IVASS to understand the degree of perception of insurance needs by citizens, and to better target the action for their protection and take any initiative for the development of an insurance culture.
