IVASS and the Bank of Italy, in collaboration with Fondazione Venezia Capitale Mondiale della Sostenibilità, are organizing a conference on: "The effects of climate change in Italy: adaptation strategies and the role of insurance companies".
The event will be hosted at Palazzo Dolfin Manin, headquarters of the Venice Branch of the Bank of Italy on Oct. 28 starting at 9:30 a.m.

After a look at the challenges related to climate change, speakers will delve into possible strategies for adaptation and mitigation of risks that can be identified in the insurance sector.
