3rd Seminar - Resolution and crisis of banks and insurers. Comparison of issues

To celebrate the five years of its establishing law, IVASS devotes a series of seminars to topical issues organized by the Legal Department. The third initiative is a Seminar on the crisis resolution system for banks and insurance undertakings. The relevant regulations will be analysed, through a cross-sectoral approach, with specific reference to Europe-derived legislation and implementing provisions.
