Professional development and training

We pay special attention to the professional growth of the staff working in IVASS, starting from their recruitment; we ensure the constant improvement of the skills and competencies that everybody needs to carry out their job effectively and with satisfaction.

Every year we draw up a training program aimed to develop professional knowledge, skills of organisational behaviour and proficiency in foreign languages for each individual.

To facilitate the largest possible participation in the training activities, we mainly provide courses held in house, with the services of university professors and external consultants or with highly qualified in-house trainers.

For more specialized training aimed at a narrower audience, IVASS uses the services of external providers through participation to courses and workshops.
