Such data will be processed only for the time strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was requested.

Data will be processed only by IVASS’ staff and collaborators or by firms expressly appointed as processors. Apart from the above circumstances, data shall neither be disclosed to third parties nor publicly disclosed, except for the cases envisaged by current regulations.

The data subjects shall have the right to request the controller access to the personal data, rectification or erasure of such data or restriction of processing of personal data concerning the data subject or to object to such processing (article 15 and seq. of the GDPR). The specific request to IVASS shall be submitted to the Data Protection Officer at IVASS (IVASS - Data Protection Officer, Via del Quirinale 21, 00187 Roma - Italy, e-mail: DPO.IVASS@ivass.it).

Where the conditions are met, the data subjects shall also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Authority for the protection of personal data, in its capacity as supervisory authority in accordance with the established procedures.
