Adjustment of the level of the rate to be used for the drawing up of the exemplifying schemes and for the calculation of the concise indicator of costs with values more in line with the current market rates, by defining a simplified criterion which takes also account of capital gains on bonds already present in the undertakings' portfolios. The deadline for adjusting the information dossiers is 1st January 2016.
