Letter to the Market of 16 July 2021

Description

This letter requires companies and branches operating in Italy in the Life classes: to send to IVASS in any case a structured set of information referred to the 2020 financial year (section I, II, III, IV, V); to update and send its own self-assessment of money laundering and terrorism financing risks which they are exposed to, only if the risk profile has materially changed compared to that referred to the 2019 financial year (Section VI).
