IVASS’ Officer responsible for transparency and prevention of corruption (RPCT) is:

As envisaged by the law and art. 25 of the Regulation on transparency and disclosure of data and information concerning IVASS’ organisation and activity, the appointment of the Officer was decided by the Board of Directors on 1 October 2024.
