On 28 and 29 September a workshop was held, dedicated to an in-depth technical study on the procedural rules for the Financial and Banking Arbitrator, the Arbitrator for Financial Controversies and the forthcoming Insurance Arbitrator. This initiative, addressed to the experts from the three Authorities, stems from the Memorandum of Understanding between Banca d’Italia and Consob, signed last March, and strengthen the ongoing collaboration with IVASS in preparation for the launch of the out-of-court redress system for insurance disputes.
