Description

Pursuant to Articles 7 and 8 of Law No. 241/1990, as subsequently amended, IVASS has initiated the administrative procedure for the appointment of the members of the Guarantee Committee, based on the expressions of interest and curricula received by December 23, 2022.

The appointment procedure will be concluded within 90 days from the date of publication of this notice on the IVASS website, without prejudice to the cases of suspension and interruption of time-limits provided for by current legislation.
