Emerging technologies, and in particular artificial intelligence systems, pose new challenges due to their potential implications for the confidentiality, integrity and resilience of IT systems and the information they manage. In line with the requirements set out in the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA), IVASS calls on insurance companies to promptly identify and implement the necessary measures to enhance the security processes and controls protecting their systems, with a view to strengthening their operational and cyber resilience.
