Description

In view of the establishment of the first Panel of the Insurance Arbitrator, IVASS starts the procedure for appointing members of IVASS' choice.

Expressions of interest from individuals who meet the professional, good repute and independence requirements set forth in Decree No. 215 of 6 November 2024, must be submitted no later than 12 noon on 7 July 2025 exclusively by certified electronic mail (PEC), to arbitroassicurativo@pec.ivass.it using the form at the end of this notice along with instructions for completion.

Members of the Insurance Arbitrator's Panel will be appointed by order of the Institute.
