2nd Seminar - Governance of insurance undertakings. The new regulations

To celebrate the five years of its establishing law, IVASS devotes a series of legal seminars to topical issues organized by the Legal Services Office. The second initiative is a Seminar on the system of governance of insurance undertakings, with specific reference to Europe-derived legislation. Particular attention will be focused on the forthcoming IVASS Regulation on the governance system of undertakings and groups.
