Rosa Alba Rallo

Born in Trapani on 1 June 1964, she graduated in Political Science - administrative area of specialization, from “La Sapienza” University of Rome.
Since her recruitment in ISVAP in 1984, she has dealt with supervision over insurance undertakings under administrative compulsory winding up, which has allowed her to gain an in-depth knowledge of issues related to insolvency proceedings, both from a legal and a technical-accounting point of view.
On 1 March 2018, she was appointed head of one of the two working groups in which supervision on undertakings in winding up was subdivided. Further to the reorganization of the Division in July 2021, she was assigned the task of coordinating the 4 working groups charged with supervision in this area.
She took part in inspections at insurance intermediaries and undertakings.
She was a member of the working group on the regulation implementing Law no. 24 of 8 March 2017 concerning professional liability of healthcare professionals and, in this context, she participated in the technical work group set up by the Ministry of Health.
She is the coordinator of the working group charged with the review of the accounting regulations for insurance undertakings undergoing administrative compulsory winding up.

As from 1 February 2022 she is the Head of the Winding-up Division.
