Update of 1 October 2025: Today the Bulgarian supervisory authority (FSC) issued a new ban against DallBogg: Life and Health AD, in line with the ban that had been issued for the period from July 1 to October 1, 2025.
The company has been prohibited from distributing new cross-border products and services or renewing existing ones until it has fully complied with regulatory requirements. For further details, please refer to the FSC press release, a courtesy italian translation of which is provided below.
