Clarification on the bonus class for vehicles no longer used, owned by people with disabilities, with the usual driver indicated in the vehicle registration document, transferred from several owners to a single owner or between spouses, persons in a civil partnership or living together, or within individual undertakings, partnerships and limited partnerships. Account is taken of the validity of the claims history statement after the expiry of the contract, in case of conclusion of several policies during the term of the contract or of an annual policy with premium paid by instalments
