Information on DallBogg: Life and Health

This page contains information and updates on the Bulgarian insurance company DallBogg: Life and Health AD (“DallBogg”), supervised by the Financial Supervision Commission (FSC).

On October 1, 2025, the Bulgarian supervisory authority (FSC) issued a new ban against DallBogg, in line with the ban that had been issued for the period from July 1 to October 1, 2025.
The company has been prohibited from distributing new cross-border products and services or renewing existing ones until it has fully complied with regulatory requirements. For further details, please refer to the FSC press release, a courtesy italian translation of which is provided below.

DallBogg pursues business in Italy under the freedom to provide services, mainly in motor liability insurance and, to a lesser extent, in suretyship insurance.
