On 10 June 2025, the FSC prevented DallBogg from commencing new business and extending the term of existing cross-border contracts for an initial period of 3 months, from 1 July 2025 to 1 October 2025.

DallBogg pursues business in Italy under the freedom to provide services, mainly in motor liability insurance and, to a lesser extent, in suretyship insurance.
