Information on the FWU Group

This section provides information and updates on the FWU Group and the two insurance companies FWU Life Insurance Lux SA, based in Luxembourg, and FWU Life Insurance Austria AG, based in Austria, which are supervised by the Commissariat aux assurances (CAA) and the Finanzmarktaufsicht (FMA) respectively.

On January 31 2025, the District Court of Luxembourg ordered the dissolution and liquidation of Fwu Life Insurance Lux S.A. and appointed Maitre Baden as liquidator, whose website can be found at the following link: https://baden.lu/fwulifelux/
