The basic concepts of insurance are explored in simple and engaging language, thus increasing the awareness of the need to protect themselves against risks.

IVASS’ initiatives on Insurance Education are part of the National Strategy coordinated and promoted by the Committee for financial, insurance and pension education.
The page also hosts additional information campaigns carried out in collaboration with IVASS.

IVASS ROADSHOW - LECTURES IN SCHOOLS
"Insure the Future: IVASS Roadshow" is an insurance education initiative aimed at high schools to introduce teenagers to the world of insurance.
IVASS explains to students the main contents in insurance: how a policy works, if and when it is worthwhile to take it out, what to watch out for when signing an insurance contract, what your rights and duties are, what protection you have and more.
Two interactive hours during which students test themselves with online quizzes: the best ones will be awarded the IVASS Cup.
The initiative started in Veneto and will cover all the Italian regions.

KNOW (HOW TO/AND) CONSUME - webinar for teachers
"Discovering Insurance: Understanding how it works to better protect your future." IVASS participates in the webinar dedicated to secondary school teachers, sponsored by the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and Invitalia.
IVASS explains to teachers the basic concepts of insurance in order to provide useful tools for insurance education in the classroom.
