Motor liability and anti-fraud data banks
The activities aimed to combat fraud in the insurance field are conducted by IVASS also through the management of the Motor liability claims database (BDS) and the interconnection with external databases. IVASS’ databases have been set up under the law and implemented by regulations.
This section contains the models for feeding and consulting the BDS and for other notifications to IVASS. There is also a link for accessing the BDS by licensed subjects.
